Do I need to be home during my cleaning?
Not at all! In fact, most clients prefer to be out so our team can work efficiently and without interruption. If you plan to be out, we ask that you let us know how best to access your home. Some of our clients like to leave us a key, offer a unique lock code, or greet us upon arrival.
If you are home, we just ask that you give our cleaners space to do their best work. We promise, you’ll love the results when you return.
What should I do with my pets?
For everyone’s comfort and safety, we recommend keeping your pets in a secure, quiet space while we clean. This helps our team work efficiently and prevents your furry friends from getting startled by vacuums or escaping through open doors or windows. If your pet is friendly and used to visitors, just let us know! We’re happy to take a moment to say hello before getting to work.

We’re happy to personalize your cleaning! Just reach out and let us know what you have in mind — from organizing projects to special requests, we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs and create a custom plan that works for you.
Is there anything you don’t do?
Yes — for the health and safety of our team, we do not clean areas contaminated with human or animal feces, blood, or other hazardous materials. If you’re unsure about a specific situation, please reach out so we can guide you appropriately.
Our services currently focus on interior cleaning only, ensuring that every inch of your home’s inside feels spotless, refreshed, and ready to enjoy.
For safety reasons, we’re unable to clean areas that require more than a two-step ladder to reach.
If you have any fragile or sentimental items, please let us know in advance so our team can take special care or avoid moving them during your cleaning.
We reserve the right to decline any task or area that our cleaners feel may be unsafe or outside their comfort zone. Your safety and ours always come first.
Should I opt for a basic clean or a deep clean?
While this may depend on how busy your home typically is, we recommend that your first experience with us starts with a deep clean. From there, basic cleaning is a great ongoing option.
